Thank you. It's interesting you say aboriginal art, because it does have some vague influence, though no dot-work or pixelation or any actual symbolism (because I don't want to steal from their culture).

And red foxes are an utter pest here. Not native. But I love foxes. Can't help it. :)

This is beautiful. I love your style. The opposition of the warm and cool colours is wonderful too.

The warm and cool colors are used wonderfully in this piece. The fox stand out, and is beauitfully detailed. ^.^ That fact that you did this with pastels also amazes me, because that is a hard medium to master, at least for me. I've only used them several times with bad results. You are very talented. :+fav: all the way!

LOL. I'm sorry that's so.
Pastels are fun, but oh so messy when used by me. My black puppy would be a rainbow puppy if I used them too much. :giggle:

Even if you can't paint, your pastel work is lovely, as is this piece and the others in your gallery, which I must comment on soon. ^.^
