Without reading the title and just looking at the thumbnail I knew exactly what it was. Great job! And yes that light looks like it was difficult but you nailed it. :)

Wow - congratulations on that lighting; it looks like it would be really challenging. And I really like the use of pointillism shading.

Oh, I know how you feel; I love Russian mythology. My favorite is Koschei the Immortal, who had iron teeth. O_o
