Part of the Startail cloudverse. A commission project that really was an extraordinary amount of fun, and the second part of two illustrations (the first being the Giraffe that Sings Rainbows into Being).

This is part of the Startail 'verse, a world where animals live in clouds, create their own magic, and can do everything from singing rainbows into being, to creating and carrying stars, and generally just being extraordinarily twee.
